The "Vista Arroyo" cabin started out with no electrical or insulation, but has toilet and sink ready plumbing. Later, this cabin will be stocked with full electrical, insulation, painted and trimmed drywall, light fixtures, ceiling fan, toilet, and a cold-water sink.
